In Appreciation To Father Stein, our aftable spiritual advisor, we ex- press gratitude and affection for the guidance he has so generously given to all. Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace, where there is hatred, let me sow love, where there is iniury, pardon, where there is discord, union, where there is doubt, faith, where there is dispair, hope, where there is darkness, light, and where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console, to be understood, as to un- derstand, to be loved, as to love, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Dur- ing the eighteen months they affiliate at this hospital, the students live at the nurses home, be- come members of the Saint Vincent's student body, and participate in the activities of this group. Therefore it is not surprising that, when the year and a half period has come to an end, the Mounties consider Saint Vincent's their sec- ond home, and look ' u po n their experience as both a profitable and happy one.
