President AnNoLD MCKAY .... .... V ice President Ever since its initiation at St. Paul's sixteen years ago, the Student Council has been the finest and most active organization in school. The purpose of the Student Government is to provide a link between the students and the faculty. To any problem the student body has, the Council will give its attention, and, if it is merited, will have it taken before the faculty by Mr. Clark, the Council's advisor. The Student Government also handles all problems concerning violations of the Honor Code. lt is the responsibility of the Student Council to help uphold and keep intact the llonor System and the high ideals which have flourished at St. Paul's for so long a time.
