Clzadl' Qatufed all,CtLOIl 0 C6ll' baturday the 22nd of October was the date of one of the h1 hl1 hts of the school year the Annual Bazaar Thls years Haryest Festlyal wa qulte successful and the entlre proceeds w1ll be gn en to the school to buy much needed equlp ment added to the Headmasters DIQCFCIIODQTN Fund and to the Scholarshlp Fund lhe fanr was sponsored jomtly by the Mother and Fathers Clubs of St Paul s School and much credlt and appreclatlon IS due all of the many commlttee chalrmen and other parents whose wholehearted contrlbutlons of tlme and money made lt a great success 'lhe Pestnal Chalrmen were Nlr Landon B DBYICS of the Fathers Club and the treasurer was Mr George 0 Connell The upstalrs floor of the gy mnaslum was llned wlth colorful booths oflerlng every thmg from elder to antlques The Country Store 1n addl tlon to dehclous apple cxder and apples on a stlclc sold canned oods and other foodstuffs The Cake and Candy Booth offered delxclous homemade oodles The Lemon On A Stlck Booth used the lemons w hlch the students brought 1n on lemon days The W'h1te Elephant Booth ltenth grade! offered Items of widely varled sizes shapes and descrlptlons at bar am prlces The Apron Bar fifty cent table offered for sale many loy els lfl.S and fancy ltems The ale of cards and lft wrap pm s for Chrl tmas w as also successful Beautlful plants and flower arran ements were sold 1n the center of the ym floor The auctlon featured such enerous donations as the 1931 Studebaker whlch old for 3110 00 The toy booth the records and books booth and the used athletle equlpment booth also offered ood bar alns lhe arts and crafts booth ollered objects of handlwork for sale and the 'Vlono ram Clubs booth featured school emblems belts buckles and pennants For the smaller chlldren the falr offered rab ba s and balloons The younger set was also thrllled w 1th the hay rude tour around the beautlful Brooklandwood Campus Also offerln fun for all was the comlc photo raphs booth ln the east end of the w restlmg room on the mezzanme floor of the gym were the ames Here fun lovers of all ages endeavored to hxt prlzes wlth popguns balloons wlth darts and toss hoops oy er pop bottles and lolllpops 'W x ,E Fathers' Club members fill in as chief cooks Bill Pugh makes a sale at Monogram Booth O .
