Juniors Junior year is important to everyone, especially to ttie Class of ' 85. It ' s one of the moments they were waiting for. Junior year also means making decisions, and taking on more responsibilities. Some decisions that faced the Class of ' 85 were picking little sisters, class colors, class rings, and Senior sweaters. These were all important facets of becoming upperclasswomen. Academic stability was also important, and to get this started. Juniors took the P. S. A. T. test. This is Just one of the many obstacles that had to be overcome, especially if college is in the future. As Isabel Carram put it, Junior year is the hardest so far. It can ' t be said that there was nothing fun about Junior year. There were the dances and the Junior-Senior Prom to look forward to. The Class of ' 85 met all the decisions and the responsibilities head on, and once again have come out fine. If anything resulted from Junior year it was the lessons learned. Diana Marquez remarked, Junior year teaches people to face the reality of life. Never Alone When Junior year comes along, a girl feels ready to conquer the world. It all happens with effort, a bit of luck and a little help from her friends. The Class of ' 85 is one class that never lacked its supply of friends. Together as friends helping friends, the Class of ' 85 has maintained an undying spirit that is reflected in one union of friendship. It all began with winning the Spirit Stick and continued with the class retreats and winning the Spirit Stick again as a result of good organization. High school con be surprising, but with the confidence provided by supportive friends, it becomes less fearsome and easier to conquer.
