Guidance The guidance department saw Mr. James Funk as its chairman with a Masters degree in Education from B.G.S.U. He was assisted this year by Mrs. Susan Cooley, who was hired through the auxiliary services program. They were responsible for giving the tests: GATB-freshmen, OVIS- sophomores, PSAT-juniors, ACT and SAT-juniors and seniors. They were also responsible for scheduling and EHOVE and for giving information to students about college or jobs or whatever . . . They were even available just to talk to, if you had a problem.
