The organization gives students opportunities to air their problems and to make them see the need of participating full-heartedly in all school activities. The Senior Class President, Vice-President, and Junior Class President meet with the representa- tives from each of the homerooms at ai weekly noon meeting. On November 7 and 8 the officers and two Junior members attended the State Student Council Convention in Fargo. The members of the Council also hold positions in the Bismarck City Youth Council.
