Mr. Michael Shepperd came to St. Mark's in 1975 to become Head of the Upper School. He teaches Psychology and Literature, and coaches Basketball and Baseball. He also serves on the Discipline, Cur- riculum, Tutorial, and Admissions Committees. Mr. Shepperd has his B.A. from Yale. Herbert Meyer came to St. Markis in 1970 to teach Upper School English, and the following year, he assumed the duties of Dean of Students. He sponsors the Student Council and Lion and Sword, advises the Pershing Tutorial, and coaches Varsity Soccer. Mr. Meyer earned his B.A. in Eng- lish from Emory University and his M.A. from Middlebury College. 1.1, pa 1-L, 'E . '--Q-...... H, .,.t V l .i I Mr. Bob Kohler, 363, has been at St. Mark's for seven years. He is Head of the Middle School and teaches Spanish. He also coaches Middle School Cross Country, Soccer, and Baseball. Mr. Kohler received a B.A. from Austin College and an M.A. from S.M.U. Larz Anderson, a member of the St. Marlcis fac- ulty for eight years, serves as Head of the Lower School.
