Science A Experimentation is the keynote of science. All of the scientific facts in the textbooks are simply discoveries born of experiment. We live in an age of constant discovery. Scientists are experimenting unceasingly to find newer and better things for living, drawing for their information on the data accumulated in the past. Through the science department at the Academy, a girl acquires a firm background of scientific past and is encouraged to use this knowledge to contribute to the scientific future. The essential element which SIA strives to cultivate is curiosity. It is the spark which sets off the flame of experimentation leading to the glow of discovery. -Beth Murphy
