Freshmen Talent Show The Freshmen took the audience to the depths of the |ungle. In tribal costumes of animal skins, C. Giuffre, E. Razzi and M. Loffredo displayed their talents by correlating their Afro-Asian studies with the show. The Freshmen Talent Show is always a delight to the stu- dent body. Ceil Haring seems to be protesting that they want to be recognized as the Freshmen of the Hill! After finishmg classes, freshman Karen McKmnon hurries to her locker as she and the rest of her classmates get ready for the presentation of their upcom- ing talent show. Kathy Coilins does her thing and learns of the freedom of a trampoline. The trampoline Is a big attraction at Sports Night and the audience shares in the enthusiasm of the girls as they perform each routine. Thmgs are looking up for our S.J.H.A. gymnasts during their performance at Sports Night. After weeks of practice, the girls exhibited athletic stunts with much success. Anne Mane Sheehan uses Cathy Ann Brosnahan for a base as they exhibit strength and endurance. This was |ust one of the many feats shown in the program. Skipping rope and just having a good time is what makes this skit look like great fun. Ceri Hall really proves that Sports Night can be amusing as well as exciting. L » 85

Open House Meeting a group of Hilltoppers on a bus stop Is not very unusual. Here tourist guide, Cail Green- dale takes this opportunity to ask senior lean Bell about her lite at the Hill. Sophomore Cathy Blake, and juniors Liz Cargiulo, Betsy Joslyn and Grace Palladino wait to be interviewed. The behind the scenes action at any program is just as important as the action on stage. This is proved as Sister Clarissa, a member of the Open House kitchen crew, cleans the counter. Our growmg science department and the new radiation scintillator were special points of Interest durmg Open House. Mrs. Holton and her daughter Maryann toured the school with a personal explanation given by senior Sue LaDuca. 87
