Did you ever swim in a blue, kidney shaped pool, surrounded by picture windows? The Seniors did, and its location was no other than Schral t ' s Motor Inn. Stephanie Zurmuhlen and Anne Marie Sheehan know how to make waves. To sink or swim, that is the ciuestion. Vanessa Holton comments on having completed the difficult feat of getting her ski on. Now, the only task is to lift her other foot and click it into position without sliding backwards. One ski on and one ski off will get you nowhere, but try explaining that to beginners. :M It took the Seniors an all time record of twenty minutes to form a single line. Once this was achieved the much needed lessons began. Five hours of laughing, singing, sitting and sleeping can hardly satisfy a busload of rumbling stomachs. After making their grand entrance into Schrafft ' s and finding their rooms, the Seniors piled into the dining room for a hardy meal. A variety salad was first on the menu. 77

After the last song was played and the final dance danced, a Midnight Mass was said in the Social Hall to top off a wonderful evening. The couples look tired, but the Folk Mass was alive and appreciated for with this Mass the Sunday obligation was fulfilled. Opposite page — Tears of joy flow from Deborah Keenan ' s eyes as a Midwinter ' s Night Dream comes true, Debi was crowned queen of the Junior Dance. Eileen Sheehan and Patricia Johnson were chosen as her attendants. Al- though the dance is now in the past, happy memories still linger on. Pausing from prom night festivities this table seems to be having an interesting conversation. Anne Marie Brown manages to capture the photographer ' s eye with a smile. Acting as chaperone and photographer Mr. Bud Fedele poses Eileen Haley and her date for pictures. 79
