llih A mmol Physics Boost Race The 4th Annual Physics Boat Race took place on May 25, 1988 at the St. Johns swimming pool. The race is held by Mrs. Burdick 's physics class and is a part of their Waite 8 Pla tt set new WL record Boats are made of cardboard and Elmers glue, The participants must then sit in their boats and row them about the pool. lt was a heated contest, but the boat of Robert Waite, Justin Platt and associate fHyrum Lunt being the associatel was the clear winner. ln fact, the boat set a new record for cardboard boats by remaining afloat for 31 .374 minutes. Ashley Hall and Kevin Crosby made a valiant effort to remain afloat for 15 minutes. The other two contestants were Kelli James and Debbie Porter who should be commended for putting up with the chauvinistic males in the class. Congratulations Robert and Justin! And you expect to win this race Ashley? Do we start playing the Funeral This boat will beat yours Ash March now? ley! 54

YOU lOOk like 5 Pig fhafys feady fo be see or hear the topic foreverness, l need proof butchered- that the information should be, and if it is, why am l still wondering, waiting, and experiencing rs RaChOl Nielsen many sleepless nights as well as lonely days trying to comprehend this thing called forever- BRUSH OFF ness? The frustration I feel inside as I eagerly await the coming of forever, is not even one I How can it be that you myself can feel - but l can feel in a way, as I I- Could brush against my heart cogitate this matter called foreverness.
