The regular examinations for admission into the College or the Preparatory Department are held on the third Wednesday and the following Thursday of September of each year, and candidates for admission are requested to be present, if possible, on those days. Testimonials of good moral character must be furn- ished by each applicant, those of former teachers being preferred, and if from another College, he must pre- sent a certificate of honorable discharge.
