'lguesday was the lirst day of Homecom- ing week and all students were encouraged to wear hats. This proved to be a lot more exciting than ever thought possible. Wednesda was fatigue day and the guys who had received referrals earlier in the year were elated at the thought of dress- ing in army wear without worryintg about being seen by teach- ers. Even a few brave members o the faculty were spotted in ati ues. Thursday and Friday were casual dress da s and Friday ended with the crowning of homecomingrking Mike Hammond and a disap ointing one point loss to St. rancis. The week came to an gndngaturday night with a dance featuring the band Southern acl ic. Overall, the week was a success, for all the clubs who had sales, and was enjoyed by all the students and faculty.
