Fwskff Qopks Daw The Freshman basketball team this year was mighty impressive with standouts Bryon Strachan and Chris Witt, furnishing a lot of the points. Chris Witt led the team in rebounds. Coached by Steve Trejo the Fresh- man team ended the season with a record of 7-5 in league and 11-7 overall. Strachan was voted the team MVP. The Sophomore basketball team RF.. . Q I af U cleaned up its act this year and ended the season with a respecta- ble record of 6-6 in league and 10- 10 overall. Standouts were Gus Gar- reras with an average of 14.5 points and Paul Bryant who led the team in rebounds.
