Boscafs Newest Sport In 1979 S.J.B. ushered in a new and foreign sport to this part of the country - Water Polo. Being the first year for this sport, it had its trou- bles. Not only was it in constant competition with the members of Football, but now one knew how to play it. Coach Greg Tice managed to put together an awesome Frosh- Soph team and a fair Varsity Squad. For the first year it wasn't bad at all. The Varsity failed to gain a win, but even though they were underman- ned they never gave up without a battle. The Frosh-Soph went down to the wire and missed a playoff berth by one game. According to coach Tice our prospects for the future are looking better all the time. We have a lot of talent we are going to put to use. Awards-M.V.P. Varsity-Jay Winn, M.V.P.
