HCIVIECOIVIING Fantasia was the theme of Homecoming '77. Organized by Paulo Morales and the student council, the yearly event was successful and enjoyable. The preceding week was filled with a festive atmosphere, heightened by a hat day, a costume day and brightly painted signs and posters. On the day of the game, a huge rally was held in the stadium bleachers with the entire student body in attendance. The festivities included a hairy legs contest, class competition arm wrestling, an apple cider drinking contest and a student-faculty wheelbarrow race. That evening, the game, the main event of Homecoming '77, thrilled everyone. The half time crowning ceremonies and terrific fireworks display could only be equaled by the impressive last minute victory over Notre Dame 127-293 with a desperation long bomb pass. i-iuslvxxt, r rtgt, The Homecoming Queen VW' 1 A H1141 sul: , ,: V .
