The Christian Service Association, under the leadership of Fr. Steve Whelan, enjoyed another successful year. A fine group of Bosco volunteers helped in therapy programs with handicapped children from El Rancho Hospital and the Pace School. Another vital program of Christian Service is the St. John Bosco Blood Bank. This year, due to the courage of the Bosco Donors, many precious pints of blood were collected. Staff advisor Mr. Cross filled the journalism room with his wit and wisdom.
