Q- ff:5fwt2HW'tfWV ,- ' . - , 'I - A .- is . e Varsity Track As this yearbook was going to press, the track teams were shaping up like this: Varsity-a bit thin as a team, but with several fine performers, Bee-a strong threat to take it all in the Santa Fe Leagueg Cee-facing a harder struggle, but a definite possibility for the league crown. Individ- ually, Bob Arce, Tom Koppes, Tom Ramirez, Dan Gersch and Jack Blea were looking good for the Varsity. For the Bees, speedster Ed Hawkins, who could do several things very well, had established himself as a team leader. On the Cee level, Larry Glatt led a fine bunch of sprinters, and some nice distance talent had Coach Gary Gaudet thinking of continued first place finishes in years to come.
