This year was the busiest in the history of the The- ater Arts Department of St. John Bosco as they presented two full length plays Cfall: Twelve Angry Meng and Spring: The Odd Couplel and a one-act play flvlinor Miraclej. The group also entered two tournaments, receiving critical acclaim with Minor Miracle. Their director is Mr. Frank Bellino. Myron Schuster, Jim Caron and Chris Weber watch as Steve Carney takes careful aim in a tense scene from Minor Miracle. Another scene from the same one-act is pictured at the left.

One of the more popular programs at St. John Bosco is the art program under the guidance of lVlr. Alphonse Mansour. Here students paint, both for pleasure and profit. The emphasis is a dual one: providing the student with an additional means of self expression, and the fostering of an appreci- The llrt Program mf- Y 9 ation for art and art forms which is part of the well-rounded education which is the Bosco trademark. The students pictured above are unnamed for they represent not so much themselves, but all the students in the program who have found another means of achievement.
