While not making an excessive amount of money nor playing to such audiences as did '6lVly Fair Lady, each member of the group enjoyed giving the yearly production, which was George Bernard Shaw,s light comedy, Androcles and the Lionf, With the combination of Mr. Roger Palmer's flamboyant direction and Mr. Lawrence Hoyer's ex- pert stage managing, the presentation achieved a noteworthy degree of success. The Mummers will complete their season with their traditional dinner, during which the new officers will lie elected to replace the current Presi- den and Vice-President, Alfred Page and Jeffrey Stein.

After the traditional singing at the Christmas Banquet, the group's first outside engagement was before the Lions Club in Hagerstown. The Glee Club shared in two fine joint concerts, with Samuel Ready School in Balti- more, and with Hannah More Academy in Reisterstown. Each conoert was followed by an informal dance. This year's group is the finest in recent years, both in the quality of the work done and in the support and time given to a demanding discipline. Next year's schedule will include concerts with Samuel Ready School, Hannah More Academy, and Garrison Forest School.
