JOHN SU RBRIDGE Due to some trouble in th e schedulings in th e league the J.V. team did not see much action. Their record was-victories over Riordan and Serra, and a loss to Bellarmine. They played well against all of their opponents with hustle and spirit. Lee Ripon did a fine job in all the games leading the team from his Q.B. spot, he was o smart field general. The offensive ballcarrying was held down, well by Wiedel, Di Carolis, and Standifer. Norm Alex- ander and Surbridge were standouts on defense.
