'ide 2465444 '7a,4zq- we l'll sing the ballad of '55, A right good class were we, The finest '4Fightin' Irish class, That one could hope to see. In '51 we made our home, Within St. Francis High With valiant hearts and eager minds, A Freshman class dared try. As Sophomores, St. Pat we chose To lead us through the year. Through thick and thin he helped us win And kept us full of cheer. In sports that year we showed our might We won 'most every game. This Irish class could really fight, And widespread was our fame. Arrival of our Junior year, And upperclassmen we. The lowerclassmen showed respect We tackled Biology. Our class rings and the Junior Prom Were that year's shining stars. The mem'ries of those bright events Will evermore be ours. And then at last, our Senior year, Our journey neared an end. We kept good old St. Patrick. As our patron and our friend. So Patrick, and St. Francis High, Though sad goodbyes are due, Remember us, and be assured, We'll long remember you!
