SACRED HEART of GREELEY -- The Beavers scored their fourth win of the year with a 49-12 win over Greeley. The first team left the game at the end of the third quarter with a score of 30-6. Then in the fourth quarter the second team scored 19toGree-ley's 6. Weldon, Lantz, Case, Saunders, Meridith, and Eckland led the Beavers. LEIGH -- The Trojans of Leigh rolled over the Beavers by a score of 46-12. Leigh with a big backfield and a hard hitting line proved to be too much for the Beavers. Case led the Beavers on offense with all 12 points. RISING CITY -- The Beavers got off to a bad start, but in the second half and rolled up their fifth victory of the year. Ron Smith, back in the lineup after missing three games, helped the Beavers to a 44-26 win. Smith, Case, Lantz, and Moore led the offense. Saunders, Evans, Smith, Case, and Merrell played good defensive ball. ST. MARY'S of O'NEILL -- Playing their last game of the year the Beavers got off to a fast start, and led 34-0 at the half. The reserves played most of the second half, and failed to score as the game ended 34-7. This game marked the ending of the high school football careers of the seniors Smith, Moore, Merrell, Weldon, and Meridith. 23
