SENIOR CLASS PLAY When the senior class staged the Kaufman and Hart Broadway comedy, George Washington Slept Here, in January, they adhered to the best tradition of the theater that “the show must go on.” Due to blocked roads only 200 people saw that the play remained a comedy in the full sense of the word although Mr. Raymond L. Conley, director, had found it necessary to blue-pencil many of the lines. JUNIOR CLASS PLAY With ticket sales topping the S185.00 mark, the Junior Class cashed in on the proverbial popularity of the “western ' story in the three-act comedy, M'liss—My Western Miss by Virginia Mitchell. The play, based on the famous old story by the immortal Bret Harte, was staged in costumes of the 90’s.
