The Fall of l947 witnessed the entrance of a Freshman Class into Saint Clair High School that, we think, will surpass all its predecessors. Talented academically, physically and socially we feel that our road through school will be a highway of success. Already our light has shone forth. On the athletic front we have placed players in varsity competition in our first year. We have inaugurated a system of class dues that assures the success of our social undertakings. Our learning amazes all and our quick aptitude surprizes even our severest critics. Our motto expresses our attitude, our confidence and our goal as the future leaders of community and country. 28
