1958 ST. BERNARDIAN Published by the Senior Class St. Bernard High School, St. Bernard, Ohio EDITORS MANAGERS Joyce Heidenreich Neal Bette Patricia Heinz Victor Byrd, Asst. Grace A. Morgan, Faculty Ralph T. Nieman, Faculty FQREWQ RE A motto is chosen to guide an organization. The Class of 1958 selected this one because we believe that in these words lies a motto for life, not for just one year. To be truthful and honest in whatever we do does not mean that we shall be successful. Then what good is truth? It brings us Victory in the form of peace and happiness based on the knowledge that we are right We know Lha: after high school we shall enter a world of competition andhard work. Is a motto to live by out of place? Will it hinder us from climbing quickly to the top? Perhaps, But certainly we shall be happier and better people for having lived up to it. This is your annual. For some of you it means a year of your life; for the Senior Class members it is a record of your last days at St. Bernard High School. For everybody, it is your 1958 ST. BERNARDIAN. Nieman Silver and Light Blue White Orchid Victory flies on the wings of truth. This year's Senior Class, we feel, is an exceptional one. We began raising money in our sophomore year by presenting movies. Our Junior Class play, The Ghost Bird, was one of the most successful ever given; and our Junior From, Spring Garden Fan- tasy, was enjoyed by everyone. The Senior Class play, Harvey, was fun to see and to produce, as was our carnival, to which all the classes contributed. The Class of 1958 has excelled in sports, in music, in art, in scholarship, and, all, in co-operation. We really worked together. above As we look back over our years in high school, all of us can feel proud to be mem- bers of the Class of 1958.
