Last fall a group of sixth graders came into the high school builtiing, feeling proud that they hacl at last reachecl that place of awe. 11m sure we have already given the teachers many a headache, and no doubt will give them many more before we leave St. Bernarzi High. This has tjeen a very successful year tor the Hi-Y Ctutx The organization doubted its originat membership at the First initiation, and soon its activities Were going full swing. Among its activities this year were the sponsoring 0f the basketball schedules; sponsoring ot a movie tor the school; the financing, packing, and distributing of Christmas baskets tor the poor; and the annual HiNYdGirt Reserve dance. The meetings were made far more interesting toy outsict ls gatiers. by Club members giving talks, and by the presenting of movies on various subjects. The club also went on two hikes to Burnet VVoocts. VVc deeply thank Mr. Nieman and stDoc Ntitner for their attention to our Club attairs and their ettorts in making this one of ttxe club's most enjoyatJte amt interesting years.
