A. continues to shape the character of young Catholic girls for, year after year, new classes pass through its portal. But the class of 1963 was a very special one . . . They were our little sisters. Making their debut in September of 1959 they soon found the key to every senior's heart. It did not take them long to catch the bug -that old school spirit. They endeavored to attain success in their studies and during their spare time they often engaged in athletics, music or dramatics. They attended every game and did a splendid iob of cheering us on. But happy times must give way to sad ones and we, as seniors, must go out the doors that you, as freshmen, came in. We only hope that you will experience the same ioyful moments in the coming years that we had during our stay at St. Basil Academy. Please, dear alma mater, teach them to become stalwart and wholesome citizens.
