Diane Meyer, Joanne Kraus, Jacqueline Redmile, Nina Shopa, and Diana Ciocco are finished with their decorations and are excited at the prospects of going to another basketball game. Senior, Susan Lynch, proudly shows one of S.B.A.'s trophies to Freshman, Margaret Malpezzi, who undoubtedly is im- -- pressed. the Athletic Association is an integral part of the co-curricular sports activities. The important duties of the officers include the arranging of dates for the games, obtaining officials, and chartering buses to enable all A.A. members to attend. But along with these, the Athletic Association is also responsible for fostering school spirit and loyalty to our teams, for decorations, posters-for en- couraging the students' support. The score-keeper and the time-keeper constitute an important part of each team. They keep the records of each player, necessary for the distribu- tion of awards. The student body, which composes the entire Association, must also be remembered for their loyal support of the teams. They have braved icy winds to watch hockey games and have sacrificed after-school time to view our basketball games. We hope, dear parents, that we reflect your good training in our participation of the sports activities of the Athletic Association. l l l T 1 l or Mrs. Helen Mooney carefully checks to see that the belt is sewn securely to Linda Czabator's gym suit.
