The California Scholarship Federation is an organization which instills in its members a desire for high scholastic standards as well as an enthusi- astic participation in school activities. The ten point system is a true indication of the honor one merits as a member. Those who qualify as Seal- bearers are entitled to numerous scholarships to outstanding colleges throughout the state.
