Shoulder- ing the students' problems, religious, scholastic, and social, the council is called upon to treat all events tactfully, so as to encourage the fullest cooperation in the student affairs. Business is presented to the Student Council for deliberation by the respective home- room representatives. After discussion and decision in the Council, the decision comes back to the homerooms.
