In her senior year she was president of the Latin Club and on the staff of the school paper, With her intelligence and initiative her ambition to be a laboratory technician will be easily accomplished. We wish you much success and happiness in the years to come. CATHERINE CLARE HEUERTZ There is more heart in humour and more head in wit, Carherine's animated and unpredictable nature has made her one uniquely appealing figure among the members of our class, Her school spirit has re- mained intrepid in her four years at St. Agnesg she has lent her zealous enthusiasm to many projects, Catherine was treasurer of the Sophomore class and Junior Sergeant-at-Arms, She is a member of the Sodality, fine Arts Club, and vice-president of the Crusade in her senior year. Catherine 's amusing manner of telling unusual tales has won her recog- nition as Wittiest in the Hall of Fame.

We know with her congenial person- ality and her many other attributes her ambition to get married will be easily achieved, MARY JANE HECKLE Wisdom of many and the wit of one, Mary Jane with her shy but humorous personality has helped to brighten many a dull day with her dry wit, l-ler leadership is exemplified by being president of the Red Cross and secretary of the National Honor Society, She is a member of the Sodality, Crusade, Camera Club, and the Fine Arts Club, Many of her leisure hours are spent with her favorite hobby, sew- ing. The very striking and popular Carroll has been a student at St, Agnes since the third grade, Her leadership was revealed when she was elected president of the Fine Arts Club, She held a sus- taining interest in the Sodality, Crusade and Camera Club activities and was on the staff of the school paper for two yearsg she has played guard on the varsity basketball team, and was a member of the National Honor Society for three consecutive years, Carroll 's friendly and mild-tempered disposition give her an air of complete contentment, These laudible quali- ties will prove beneficial in the attainment of her ambition of marriage. ,H-1+ I time of If if SHIRLEY ANN MARIANO To see may be easy but to forsee is the fine thing, Shirley, with her carefree and easy-going manner has been an active participant in the various school functions, Because of her interest in sports she has exemplified her ability by being a member of the class team for four years and the varsity for two years. She is a member of the Crusade, Sodality and Camera Club, Filling much of her free time is her hobby, horseback-riding, Her dry wit and cheerful disposition will carry her far on the road to blissful serenity, Shirley, we are certain, will not find it difficult to realize her ambition.
