'Seca, rivent Wanda Isbell, Bonnie Chamblee, Doug Stafford, Howard Martin, Eugene Tucker, Jimmy Dolan, Barbara Nolin, Margaret Self Mr. Bill Tucker was, without a doubt, one of the most loved people to ever touch the hearts of Springville High. To regrets of his friends, it was in his best interest that he retire in November of 1987. Although we had to let him go his way, he will forever be a part of SHS. Words could never express how we miss him, so we could never make them try. However, this poem was written for him the day he left — it only begins to show our hearts. Bill Tucker How much you’ve meant To my life for these years, Can not be told without shedding of tears. You stood beside me When nothing was right, You believed in me And for that you would fight. You were part of school No one can replace When I see your room — I see your face. But your spirit lives on In the hearts of Springville High Let’s just say: “I Love You” And never “good-bye.” Mr. Bill, you touched our lives in many different ways.
