Principars Message To The Seniors. Commencement means to begin life's work. Get the best tools you can. But remember, di- plomas. degrees, and certificates are not an edu- cation; they are merely preparations. When you are through with the books, remember you are having a commencement, not an end-ment. Go out with your fine equipment from your commencement into the school of service and write your education in the only book that you ever can know - the book of your experience. You can make of yourself anything you want to be in life if you want it badly enough. For a full, useful life three things are nec- essary; Be something, know something, and do something. All three are essential, but the sec- ond and third are dependent on the first. You are safe on first; now score.

Dedication To Our Principal, Dr. Dotson, It is with gratitude and lasting memories in our hearts that we dedicate this annual to you, our prin- cipal, in recognition of the wonderful guidance you have given us in the past year. This is only a small token of our appreciation to you for your personal interest in us as individuals and for your never-failing enthusiasm in every phase of our school life. Truly your words will remain with us and will continue to be a source of encouragement throughout our lives. These are only simple words; yet we are only simple people who will forever be deeply grateful and indebted to you for the loving inspiration you have been to us. The 59 Seniors

In the production of this annual you have accom- plished something that will be a source of pleas- ure to you for many years.
