W. BARNES To Seniors: May we ever keep in our minds and hearts that education is a constant search for truth. This truth for which we search is not just fidelity or veracity as opposed to unfaithfulness or falsity, but it is conforming with ideal or higher standards. The final criterion of truth, the goal of education, is the co- herence of all its parts, or separate truths, with one another, and with experience. This will determine that an educated man or woman does not forsake the ideals of good living or culture that the experience of man has found to be best. May we always search for truth. It is a continuous process. Sincerely, W. E. G.
