I , wi Yu Abovei Edith Ritchie, Helen Raup and May Fay chatting between classes. English is an essential milestone along the road of life. As we have traveled down the path of learning, each year the knowledge of our native language has increased. Upon reaching our senior year many of us take Col- lege Engl.ish, the study of the literature of England. In this class we discuss the great literary works of the past and present and learn something about the lives of the famous men and women who wrote them. Two other senior English courses are offered. Those who expect to go into office work prepare with Commercial English. The greater number of students, not seeking any special training, enroll in General English classes.
