Mr. Gregg has b e e n superintendent of Springfield Township Schools for six years. He has been very busy lately working out de- tails,Qfor the new school. Mr. Gregg's wife is teaching at Amsterdam High School this year, and they have a daughter nine years old. Mr. Gregg. comes from Genoa, Ohio and he took his undergraduate work at Bluffton College, from which he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. His graduate work was at Ohio State University. Mr. Gregg also spent' three years in the Army Air Force. This senior class is everlastingly grateful to him for the advice, assistance and encourge- ment he has given them in preparing this annual. Mr. Buchanan w a s chosen last year as one of the six out- standing Science Tea- chers in the state of Ohio. He was graduated from Mount Union with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from Cornell Uni- versity with a Masters Degree in Science. He is t h e ex-president of the J. G. T. A., helped to establish the Audubon Club, and has been a Naturalist at Oglebay Camp. He went on an expedition to South America in 1950 and explored streams that no other white man had explored. H e has been principal of our school f o r seven years and a teacher for twenty-six y e a r s. FOREST BUCHANAN His hobby is Nature and his ambition is to the four corners of the earth. to pursue his hobby Mrs. Frame is the advisor of the Class of 1954. As such she has had the task of guid- ing the class through their junior and sen- lor years, of coaching their plays, engin- eering their plans for the Washington trip and generally sympathizing or rejoicing with them as the case might require. With twenty years of teaching experience behind her she has felt fairly well qualified for such a task. Mrs. Frame is the mother of a sopho- more boy and an eighth grade girl and the three together live on and operate a 160 acre farm. Mrs. Frame was graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Education. She has done graduate work at Penn State College and Colu bia University.
