Dr. Sanders is adviser to the English Club and t0 Reflections. Mrs. Helen Brooks joined the Department of English this year. Mrs. Brooks holds the AB. degree from Spelman College and the MA. degree from Atlanta University. Mrs. Marjorie C. Spring, who is on leave from her position as secretary to the Dean of Instruction, joined the English Department this year. She holds the AB. degree from Boston University and the MA. degree from Radcliffe. Mrs. Renate W. Wolf received the B.A. degree from Gaucher College in 1941, the M. Ed. degree from Smith Collge in 1942, the MA. degree from Bryn Mawr College in 1947 and the PhD. degree from the same college in 1951. Mrs. Millicent Dohbs Jor- dan received the AB. degree from Spelman College and the MA. degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. XX Mrs. Esta Seaton received her BA. and her M.A. degrees from New York University. She is doing further study at the University of Minnesota.

DEPARTM ENT OF EDUCATION AND PSYCHOLOGY Dr. Oran W. Eagleson heads the Department of Education and Psychology. Miss B. La Conyea Butler joined the De- partment of Education and Psychology this year. She received her AB. degree from Spel- man in 1956 and the M.A. degree from Boston University in 1957. Since then, Miss Butler has done further study at Howard University and at New York University. Mr. X. L. Neal is a grad- uate of Morehouse College and Atlanta University. He received the Ph.C. de- gree from Meharry Medi- cal College. Dr. K. A. Huggins is an exchange teacher from Atlanta University. He received the AB. degree from Morehouse College and the MS. and PhD. degrees from the Univer- sity of Chicago. Mrs. Margaret B. Young jojned the Spelman faculty in 1958. She received her BA. degree from Kentucky State College and her M.A. degree from the University of Minnesota. Mrs. Young supervises the student teaching program on the secondary level. Miss Christine King is a graduate of Spelman and of Teachers College, Columbia University. Mrs. Beatrice Williams received the AB. degree from Fisk Uni- versity and the MA. degree from Teachers College, Columbia Univer- sity. Mrs. Williams supervises the student teaching program on the elementary level. Mrs. S. T. Richardson is a graduate of Tuskegee Institute and of Teachers College, Columbia University. A graduate of Spelman, she received the Mastefs degree from Middlebury College and recently received the doctorate from UUniversite de Toulouse. Madame W. Geter Thomas heads the Foreign Language Department. She has spent a great deal of time abroad and has returned to us this year after a year in France. Madame Thomas received her AB. degree from Boston University and the MA. degree from Radcliffe. She holds several degrees and diplomas from French universities.
