She is the operator of the multilith machine found in this office and prints most of the programs and invitations for campus activities. Mrs. Burch received her professional training from the Minneapolis Business College. REGISTRAR'S OFFICE Miss Amelia E. Clark Gem be- came Registrar in 1954, She is a. graduate of Elmira College and received her MA. degree from Columbia University. The Assistant Registrar is Mrs. Grace J. Perry trightj, who earn- ed the HS. degree from Hampton Institute and the MA. degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. W'ilsonJ Jr., came to Spclman in Sep- tember of 1956 to fill the position of Superinten- dent of Buildings and Grounds, Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Fort Valley State College. He has also done graduate study at Purdue Personnel Psychology Housing Institute, Fellowship Center, Wallingford, Pennsylvania. The secretary in the office of Buildings and Grounds is Mrs. Esther Ware, a graduate of Morris Brown College. w- unnamm HOSTESS Miss Ruth G. Rush is the oiECial hostess of Spelman Col- lege. Her duties involve preparing for guests and overseeing the general maintenance of the dormitories. THE LIBRARY The Iibrzuy, located in Giles Hall, has grown greatly since it began. The- collection of books and the new equipment such as audio-visual aids serve the needs of the faculty and students. Mrs. Mexico H.
