PU BLICATIONS OFFICE Mrs. Vaughncziel Burch is a very proficient faculty secre- tary. She also scwes as Director of the Publications Office. She is the operator of the multilith machine found in this office and prints most of the programs and invitations for campus activities. Mrs. Burch received her professional training from the Minneapolis Business College. REGISTRAR'S OFFICE Miss Amelia E. Clark Gem be- came Registrar in 1954, She is a. graduate of Elmira College and received her MA. degree from Columbia University. The Assistant Registrar is Mrs. Grace J. Perry trightj, who earn- ed the HS. degree from Hampton Institute and the MA. degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. The secretary of this other: is Mrs. Dessa John- son, who received her degree from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. TREASURER'S OFFICE Mr. Lawrence J. MacGregor, President of the Board of Trus- tees, is Treasurer of Spelman COI- ledge. 0n the campus the oilice is in charge of Mr. John Cot trightL. Assistant Treasurer. He is a grad- uate of Hamilton College and the University of Michigan. Mrs. Helen Bell Brooks tcenteri is the cashier and Miss Marian Way tlefti is the bookkeeper.

DEAN OF INSTRUCTION Dr. Oran W. Eagleson is now in his third year as Dean of Instruction. He has the never-ending task of formulating course scheduleg for every student here at Spelman. He is also head of the Department of Education and Psychology. OFFICE OF THE DEAN OF WOMEN The office of the Dean of Women is the core of all social activities held at Spelman. Miss Mayme Jacobs UighU came to Spelman College as Dean of Women in 1955. She holds an AB. degree from Southern University and the MA. degree from New York University and has done further study at Syracuse University. Mrs. Marie Gopher 0er serves as Assistant Dean. She is a graduate of Clark College with an Ed. M. degree from Boston University. The secretary of the Office is Mrs. Isabel G. Webster tccntert, who received both her B.S. and LL. B. degrees from Boston University.

L ALUMNAE OFFICE Mrs. Ernestine E. Brazeal is our Alumnae Sacretary. She is in charge of preserving all records of Spclman history, Spelman graduates, and former Spelman students. She is also responsible for publication of the Spelman M essenger each quarter. Spring llowcr leftl is the secretary to the Dean of Instruction and to Reverend Norman Rates, the College Minister.
