Certain things can be run through the time machine over and over again and still come out fresh and new. This is due to the fact that everyone acquires their own personal values from the past. This fifty-fifth volume of the L ' Aca- dien explores the development of U.S.L. so that it may become more apparent to each of us how far this institution has come through the years. An effort has been made to contrast the past with the present through the use of photographs from the archives of Dupre Library. Unfortunately unless otherwise indicated the identification of these faces from the past has been lost. We would like to ask you to help us learn who these people are. If, while thumbing through your book, you should recognize your grandmother ... let us know too. This way each of us can help restore the fresco of our past.
