G.A.A., Girls' Athletic Association, is an activity open to seventh, eighth, and ninth grade girls who are interested in making use of the skills they have learned in physical education class. The seventh grade meets on Tuesday, the eighth grade on Wednesday, and the ninth grade on Thursday. Homeroom teams may compete in any of the various sports offered. The girls also work toward earning letters awarded each spring at the annual G.A.A. picnic when new officers are elected. The G.A.A. Board sets up the policies and plans the activities of the organization. On the Board are: Mrs. F. Rogers, Advisor; S. Barry, President; J. Anderson, Vice-President; M. INTRAMURALS Seventh, eighth, and ninth grade boys participate in intramurals through their homerooms. Each homeroom may have a team which is organized and under the direction of its team manager. Assisting Mr. Ford very capably is Bob Bedford. He is in charge of co-ordinating and carrying out schedules, keeping scorebooks, maintaining equipment, and supervising informal activities.
