BLUE AND WHITE ANNUAL SENIOR PLAY Our Senior Play! The second of its kind ever presented at Southside. Congratulotions, Miss Callahan, and you star players! April 16 and 17 were certainly red letter days for 'South- siders and their privileged friends, who were, indeed, most delightfully entertained by the Senior choice, Green Stockings, one of A. E. XV. Mason's most noted plays. 1 THE CAST Celia Faraday . ..... Josephine Fordham Smith . . . . Lawrence Hobler Phyllis Faraday . . Ethel Eckendorf Tarver . . . . julian VanDyke Evelyn . . Evening-same day. SENIOR PROM Did you ever visit Fairyland? The Class of 1926, together with their friends, had that privilege on the evening of April 23, 1926. The gym was transformed into a place of beauty. The walls and the ceilings were artistically decorated with a network of blue and gold crepe paper, while baskets of Howers, here and there, added to the effect. An excellent orches- tra furnished music for the dancing. The delicate spring shades of dresses Worn by the girls seemed to complete the picture. Although it was the Senior Prom of the Class of 1926, it seemed a veritable Fairyland. Page 20 L 1
