A-B Future Nurses provided girls with an opportunity to explore the field of nursing. Although the club did not have officers this year, Marty McAdams, Cindy King, Ethel Tines, and Mary Mims helped Mrs. Clampitt at meetings. This speaker from the lewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, was one of the many speakers who talked to thegirlsaboutnursing. C Many girls volunteered their services at the various hospitals in the commun- ity. The girls helped brighten the atmosphere by being cheerful while helping the nurses with odd jobs. Carol Hussey and jean Neiman, candy- stripers at St. Francis, help by taking the gift cart around to each room. -ffl 8'3- Large picture Seniority, sponsored by Mrs. McBride, was a club exclusively for senior girls. One of their many projects was decorat- ing the halls and sponsoring the contests at Christmas. This year the club sold valentines to raise money for the foreign exchange program. Notpictured Red Cross consisted of a student represent- ative from each homeroom. During the Red Cross drive, the representatives took donations from students to aid Red Cross. One of their projects this year was filling Christmas stockings for retarded children, Service Clubs T45
