The club is a Y.M.C club for high school boys. Meml join the club seeking friendship, venture, recreation and inspiration. is the responsibility of the adult viser to help members select goals positive personal and group liv The members try to make their gi realistic and, at the same time, harmony with the national Hi-Y r pose. Through their code of ethics constitution the club operates on four-plank platform-clean spee clean sportsmanship, clean scho ship, and clean living. Hill A Brannaka R Kms R Savanick R Beal The Leo Club is the iunior service organi- zation ot the Scottdale and East Huntingdon Township Lions Club. The main purpose of the club is to Dserve the local high school by cooperating with the administration and tac- ulty in the development ot students tor leadership, scholastic achievement, individ- ual responsibility, honesty and respect for others. The club also serves the community by respecting the needs and welfare of others and unites its membership in friend- ship, tellowship and mutual understanding. Since the club's organization in 1964, it has provided many services to the school and community. The most outstanding of these is the sponsorship of a sophomore trophy given to the lOth grade student with the highest academic standing. The organi- zation also maintains a pop cooler in the lunch room for the students. By keeping with the ideals of Leadership, Equality and Opportunity the Leo Club is an asset to our school system. Members Tri-Hi-Y seeking recreation and and unusual experiences. Tri- Y's annual program consists of basketball, an annual Daughter Dinner, and a Cin- Ball.
