Marker The Library Club strived to pro- mote the purposes ot the orga- nization, which were: to sponsor a greater interest among the stu- dents in the use of books and li- brary service, to stimulate read- ing interests, and to promote and improve the library service of the school. The activities which were planned, encouraged the mem- bers to accept responsibility and to think through thoroughly. The field trips and the speakers which attended their meetings, added much educational value for the students. Their experience expanded their knowledge and apprecia- tion ot the library. Officers S. Mathias The Nurse's Club consists of stu- dents who are planning various types of health careers after graduation. The purpose of the club is to give these students a better knowledge of health careers and how to attain them. The Nurse's clubs plan many activities, some of them being: Christ- mas Party, Mother-Daughter Tea and tours to various hospitals and institu- tions.
