During the hectic lfun-filled days the newcomers were helped by their student leader to become acquainted with Southern in regard to social, academic. and extra- curricular activities. liaeh day was planned for question and answer sessions, lectures. and meetings with a student leader. Finally the week was over and the freshmen were prepared to meet the awaiting challenges.
