By Frequently directing the student body in singing, he has fostered ourvlove, for old Familiar songs. Those who have Worked under hils difectorship in the Mac Dovvell Club or in the orchestra have been impressed by his patience and geniality. Each year Mr. lvlclntosh presents the Messiah. l-le has said From the standpoint of a musician, l regard attendance at Fine concerts as necessary it one is to grow musically. To this end he directed his etiort as vice- president oi Carbondale Cooperative Concert Association, which this year has brought the best musical talent available to the college and the community.
