Basketball Queen Scarlett McClain en- joys her reign over the dance with Mr. Evans. October 19 was the date of Southeast's 1968 Foot- ball Homecoming. At the half-time of a game in which the Knights were victorious over Manual, 28-19, the departmental clubs presented decorated cars in a parade, and Stephanie Bryant received the crown of Football Queen. At the dance that evening, students danced to the sounds of the Bobby Soul Show. St. Patrick's Day was the theme of the Basketball Homecoming Dance March 15. The Five Techniques of I azz provided music for the event. The luck of the Irish was the Scarlett McClain, who reigned as Basket- ball Queen. The Five Techniques of Jazz provided lively beats for the Basketball Homecoming Dance.

Round Table Election, held January 31, began with the usual campaigning early that morning. The two candidates and the two campaign mana- gers were heard in a regular double assembly that same day. A seventh-hour an- nouncement relayed the news of Byron Schmidt's Presidency and Robert Simmons' Vice- Presidency.
