This is especially true in the biology department, the first in the city to have BSCS biology. Analysis and lab work are also the basis for both the physics and chem study courses. Chemistry students learn through doing. Mr. Ritthaler demonstrates the wonder of the circle. Such terms as 'cinterpolationn and umatricesn are everyday language for mathematics students. Now math has become more challenging through the teaching of modern math for the second year in all classes. By helping pupils reason more inductively, the new math has given them insight into basic math- ematical principles.
